A workaround

run winecfg, under Graphics tab, uncheck all the checkboxes (guess no
need to uncheck all of them, but for simplicity's sake)

Tested and fixes StarCraft II mouse problem

Note: use a separate WINEPREFIX if you don't want to change wine
settings for other wine programs
