I am unable to access the desktop and the windows (if I can get them to
open) do not have options (close, open with, etc...) I began having the
problem after upgrade to 12.04. Completed fresh install and problem
continues. I would put more information in, but I am unsure how to
access it in the system as I am unable to even get a terminal to open.
