The early 12.04 releases (alfa, beta, I don't remember) had the correct
text ("all windows, all workspaces"). A bug on this issue was reported
and the fix was correcting the documentation and the shortcuts overlay.
This was not a proper fix. This is a design regression bug, it's not a
