I disabled some plugins that I no longer use and the bug is still present, so you can have a look to my profile to exclude the plugins I disabled which can't be responsible of this bug. I replaced gtk-window-decorator with metacity in Decoration and it's the same so gtk-window-decorator is not the responsible. I ran compiz in GDB, and the result is not really useful... If there is any package containing the debuging symbols I can install it to retry with them.
