JUST GIVE US AN OPTION TO SHOW THE DAMN GLOBAL MENU ALL THE TIME! Novice Designer Mistakes Changing shit for the sake of changing it. Hiding necessary elements for a "minimalist" look aka sacrificing usability for looks. Failing to understand that a cohesive design and user experience is more important than a group of diverse customized designs and experiences clumped together.
