I don't know, maybe, because /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/10_compiz-gnome.gschema.override on my computer looks exactly like Doug McMahon's (#6), and "dconf list /org/compiz/profiles/" gives me " unity/" too, like in Daniel van Vugt comment (#7). But Window Decoration plugin in CCSM was enabled (like in screeshot) on my system. Also it doesn't matter if I turn of and turn on again this plugin - still no window decoration.
