Steps to reproduce:

Open an application. (For example an Terminal)
Open a new window of the same type. (Right click on the icon of the opened 
program – Terminal – and then "New Terminal")
Hide one of the open windows.
Choose one of the two windows and select "Move to workspace 2". (Or 3,…)
Then try to show one of the windows, usually by clicking on the icon in the 
dash.

Result:

Quickly you'll see that nothing will happen.

Expected result:

There are some ways to deal with that problem: You can directly show the 
windows which was used at last. 
Or you can ask the user which one he would see in the fourground, by showing 
both windows at the same time, so the user has the choice between the both.
