The check "Key Bindings Toggle Scale Mode" makes no difference to me, neither I need to press arrows. I have only bound the initiate on top left/right corner and this is enough to trigger the bug. It starts the animation, freezes for some seconds in the middle, and then completes. Gets worse over time.
