Thank you for your bug report, the bug is not easy to deal with because the description describe several issues accross several components
Tthe main problem [1] seems to be compiz's windows placement though , reassigning there though I'm not sure if it wouldn't be better to open different bugs about the different issues [1] "it turned out, all my windows were moved to second screen (projector, which was just plugged in, but not turned on), which can be seen on screenshot Screen05.
