If you ever go full screen, Remmina remembers, and because the hover-bar doesn't always show (with this bug), it can be difficult to figure out how to get out of full screen. Here's what I did:
Remmina > Edit > Preferences: Uncheck this option: "Remember last view mode for each connection".
