I use a laptop, not a netbook. The open/save dialog appears off the screen. Oddly this bug also affect facebook full screen picture viewing on chromium(not tested on any other browser). But it does not affect full screen video from youtube or online video sources. And it does not affect offline Full screen video/picture viewing.
