"If you push Ctr-Alt-KP9 to adjust a windows to the top right corner and after you change to another viewport using "expo plugin" then the windows previously adjusted is showed in the 'new' viewport" - this is also exist in 13.10, fixed only: "In fact, the window is showed there but it is not there, since you canot access to it".
