This has happened every time I boot, for the past 3-4 months - just as
described above.

Ubuntu 13.04 x86_64
linux 3.8.0-30-generic
compiz 1:0.9.9~daily13.06.19~13.04-0ubuntu1

After compiz has crashed /var/log/apport.log says something like this -

ERROR: apport (pid 2565) Thu Sep 26 19:48:05 2013: called for pid 2059, signal
6, core limit 0
ERROR: apport (pid 2565) Thu Sep 26 19:48:05 2013: executable: /usr/bin/compiz
(command line "compiz")
ERROR: apport (pid 2565) Thu Sep 26 19:48:05 2013: debug: session gdbus call:
(true,)

Does anybody know any workaround for this annoying issue, or any package
update that might help?
