Hi Christopher, Thanks for your detailed response and thanks for working on this bug. This bug isn't present in the desktop cube plugin so I might try to use it for a while though it's not quite as effect as desktop wall plugin. Is this bug the reason why workspaces have been disabled by default in 13.04 and 13.10 ?
