Hi Lem or anyone else affected by this,
I have made a test Compiz package available in
https://launchpad.net/~townsend/+archive/compiz-test which hopefully
addresses this issue. Since I cannot test this because I have no Nvidia
hardware, could someone please test this and report if it fixes the
issue for you. If it doesn't fix it, I'll keep plugging away, but I
think this is close if not the solution.
