@Simon, that's exactly what Mateusz says: the problem you're talking about is fixed in the unity SRU, the verification process we're currently doing is only for Compiz, which has a change that improves us to solve this issue, in some cases (like the one mentioned in verification process), but not in all the ones. For all the cases to be handled, you'll need to update unity with the proposed version that will be available in few days.
