Hi Piotrek, thanks for your interest. The next step would be that the ezc Team decides whether they want this component and if the my requirement draft meets their requirements. You could help me to get the requirements document in a better shape by reviewing it. If your familiar with eZPublish, it would be good, to point out, whether the current rights management of ezp is represented by the requirements. Since I'm not an ezc developer (yet), I can't start the component by myself.
