Iirc, the exact requirements for all of them are on the website.
The newer components tend to have higher requirements.
PHP 5.2 is really much better than 5.1 anyway. It's a shame about linux 
distros not keeping up (but I know the stability mantra end finite 
amount of time problems etc...)
