There is no official one from eZ. However, I maintain such a setup on my
private server, for exactly this purpose. Try

        http://webdav.schlitt.info

The environment gets reset every 30 minutes, so do not wonder if your
changes get lost now and then.

I can recommend to first try your server setup with Cadaver [1]. This
client is known to be quite RFC conform and to work with the Webdav
component. If this works flawlessly, you can try the new client.
