I got the chance to discuss ezcReflection at FrOSCon with Falko,
Jakob, Kore, and Tobias. Here's a summary of our discussion:

   * Falko will commit the remaining changes for the Reflection
components dependency injection mechanism that is a prerequisite
for pluggable docblock parsers and reflection providers

   * I will write documentation (tutorial, ...) for the component

After this, we should be in good shape to release Reflection 1.0 as
 part of the current cycle.

Reflection 1.0 will be shipped with the runtime reflection provider
 contributed by Falko and Stefan.

 For the future

   * I need to talk to Manuel again about moving his AST and Reflection
subpackages of PHP_Depend under the umbrella of the eZ Components
project. According to Kore and Tobias there were some
misunderstandings with regard to this issue.

   * We need to think about whether we actually need to have AST and
Reflection as part of the eZ Components in order to offer a tie-in
that provides a reflection provider based on Manuel's work

   * Falko expressed interest to port other functionality, especially
the webservice-related parts, of InstantSVC to eZ Components. This
is something that we should address once we have the Reflection
     component "ready".

Falko, Jakob, Kore, Tobias: please add anything I might have left out.
It is more than likely that I forgot something because of my medical
 condition during FrOSCon :-/
