IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL WHO WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE AT THE EURODIG MEETING ON 23 NOV 2010 IN GENEVA: 

Dear EuroDIGGERS
As indicated earlier, the programme planning meeting for EuroDIG 2011 from 3 to 6 pm on Nov 23rd 2010 is taking place in room E.1088/10 of the United Nations Palais des Nations in Geneva.
In order to be able to enter the UN premises, everybody has to do the following:
- You have to register until Nov. 18 for the IGF consultation meeting of 22nd of November in the Palais des Nations (whether you actually participate at this or not!!!). This has to be done via the IGF website: <http://info.intgovforum.org/regnov.php>http://info.intgovforum.org/regnov.php - Please also inform us before 19 Nov at noon (by sending a mail at <mailto:[email protected]>[email protected]) about your planned participation on the EuroDIG meeting of Nov 23rd. - The EuroDIG secretariat will then forward the list to the IGF secretariat. - The IGF secretariat will then make sure, that you will get a badge which is valid until and including Nov 23.
If you do not follow exactly this procedure, you risk not to be able to participate at the EuroDIG meeting on Nov 23!

We will publish the information at the EuroDIG web site soon.
