In early October I sent out a message to this mailing list about why KGS
switched from "kgs.kiseido.com" to "www.gokgs.com". It's been pointed
out to me that this message made it look like Kiseido wasn't holding up
their end of our original argeement. I want to make it clear that this
is completely not the case. Kiseido Publishing always treated KGS
fairly. The agreement between Kiseido and KGS was written with the
intent of Kiseido helping KGS get to a point where it was
self-sufficient, and it did exactly that. Once KGS started earning
income on its own (through KGS Plus), the Kiseido support was intended
to stop.

Not only did Kiseido hold up their end of the agreement, but on several
occasions Richard Bozulich and Kiseido were very generous in allowing
changes to the agreement to be made, always in the favor of KGS.

I'm happy to have worked together with Kiseido, and I hope that in the
future we continue to do so! KGS will continue to run ads for the
Kiseido Publishing site for the forseeable future.

Sorry for this offtopic message. Since the original misleading email was
on this mailing list, I thought it was important to use the same list
for the clarification.
