Hi All, I do remember I've seen someone mentioning it once, but can't find it anymore. So what's the best way to insert diagrams into articles/thesises? Requirements: - to convert sgf or graphical board setup into images to be inserted into Word (powerful ActiveX control will also work, but e.g. RenderSoft Corinnax Go Control didn't suit me); - arbitrary board sizes and also partial boards (e.g. corner); - not just the moves, but also anlysis markers; - may be a way to emphasize groups/strings/territory; - nice textures for the board; - may be shadows for the stones.
So far found the Smart Go which allows exporting into PDF from which I can use Snapshot tool to copy images one by one, but this sounds as a bit weird solution (except if you know a way to extract all the images out of a PDF document). Making screenshots of any goban showing program is also not an option. Expecting to hear about all kind of experiences, but preferably the ways you actually liked or still use in your work. Thanx in advance, Anton _______________________________________________ computer-go mailing list [email protected] http://www.computer-go.org/mailman/listinfo/computer-go/
