i just mean that it is too slow to be of practical
value on a 19x19 board.  although Don is certainly
making me think twice about having said that.

that's a great question.  it'd be so many more
positions/sec than humans or current programs
evaluate, that it'd have an unknown effect.  :)

i also wonder what the bus architecture is going
to need to be like on that machine, as you can't
flip a bit that fast.  :)
