With rather short time settings, gnugo can be the same strenght as mogo.
I guess something like 10-15 min is correct on 19X19.

Maybe a good idea is to find the time setting where these 2 bots have 50%
win against each other. This would be of great interest for other programs.

Else i bet gnugo will crush all programs in ultra blitz (at level 0 gnugo 
loses only 2 kyu on KGS compared to level 10)
