IT does not have to be complicated/perfect.
Static links might be enough.
Just automate compressing games of each pair of engines separately and
provide links to that.
(or better: link to a readable directory where the archives reside)

If you want to work on anything more complicated, I would vote for
better support of program versioning. :)
