Maybe try to treat vectors {lambda(1), lambda(2), ..., lambda(n)} as
chromosomes and emulate natural selection among these vectors will make some
sense? Crossovers, mutation and all that GP stuff? Asymptotically you will
know the best combination, approximate it by a formula and see how much
strength it allows to gain.
