As always, all players, however weak, are welcome.  There are in fact some
strong entrants for this event, but they will not mind at all having some
weaker opponents - the more the better, particularly in this fast
tournament
with 15 rounds.  Instructions for entering are at
http://www.weddslist.com/kgs/how/index.html

I hope you did not consider us as a strong entrant; this is the first
participation of our new bot and main parts change everyday (even this
morning :-) ). A long time ago it was said that weak or uncertain
entrants
are welcome and we participate in this spirit.

Strong or weak, MoGoBot1 is very welcome :-)

I will not presume to say which progams I regard as strong - but if you look at the current registrant list https://www.gokgs.com/tournEntrants.jsp?sort=n&id=480 you will see a wide range of strengths

(I have precised that some parts are common with mogo and therefore
according to the rules versions of mogo existing in various other
locations can't participate - how I precise that this would not be a
trouble for us.)

So far as I am aware, MoGoBot1 (MoGoTW) is the only one of today's players using MoGo code.
