I also owe two beers to the GNU Go team. For the first ever,
experimental, bot tournaments on KGS, I encouraged entrants by offering
a beer as a prize. Both were won by GNU Go. So next time I meet a
member of the GNU Go team, he should claim a free beer. I should have
offered them to Gunnar Farnebäck, in Leksand; I wish I had remembered
at the time.
