Hello,

This is my Fourth attempt to enquire about continuing difficulty receiving computer-go mail.

1.  I have been registered for several years at this address
([email protected]).  Until 03/01/2010 (That's US-style - 1st March)
delivery was 100% reliable.  I continue to receive dozens of other
pieces of mail at this address, with no complaint from other sources.

Nevertheless, I got a "bounce score" sufficient to cut me off the
mailing list, from the computer-go server.  I reset the subscription,
and it was at 4.0/5.0 the next time I looked.

2.  In an attempt to avoid the delivery problems, I attempted to change
my delivery address to a new address.  This is
completely independent from the first address - served from a different
ISP.  The confirmation notice for the address change was never delivered.

3. I have now logged into the mailing list admin page at dvandva and asked for a password reminder email, several times. I have received none of those emails.

4. I have mailed you, [email protected], personally, four times now and there has been no response.

I'd like to find an explanation for what is going on, and resume
delivery as soon as possible.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
