A new 13x13 Go tournament will be created in Kanazawa and the schedule will be changed as the last day of 9x9 Go will be cut and assigned to 13x13 Go. Older schedule is here: <http://www.grappa.univ-lille3.fr/icga/event_info.php?id=38>. New schedule.pdf is now preparing, sorry for inconvinience. Also, since the number of participants is expected to increase in Kanazawa, the time settings for a game for each side will be reduced in order to increase the rounds as: 2 x 15 min for 9x9, 30 min for 13x13, and 40 min for 19x19, repectively.
