There are two computer Go tournaments at the European Go Congress in
Tampere, Finland, on August 4th: 19x19 and 13x13. Details are at
http://www.egc2010.fi/tournament-computers.php . There is no entry fee.
If you will not attend yourself, you can have your program compete by
sending it with someone appointed by you who will be attending, and can
run it for you. Or, you can just send it to the organiser, Jukka
Jylänki, and he will appoint someone (possibly me) who will do his best
to run it for you. It will help if it comes with clear instructions in
English or Finnish.
If for some reason you don't trust Jukka but you trust me, you can send
your program directly to me, and I will do my best to run it for you,
and will ensure that no-one gets hold of a copy of it, and will erase my
copy when the event is over.
