that wms had fixed this issue?
A while ago, I reported the issue to wms, and convinced him that it
would be easy to fix. He replied saying that he had rewritten the code
to fix it, but the rewrite would not become effective until the next
rebuild of the sever.
Earlier this month, after using KGS to run the bot tournament at the EGC
in Finland, I noticed that the fix had not become effective, and I
reminded him of it.
