I've just been trying to get started on the Computer Go Server (just as a spectator at this stage). I had a couple of problems, which Don (who runs the site) has been helpful with. It occurred to me that these kinds of problems must happen to others too, so I've started a wiki to share the burden of maintaining such info: http://computergo.wikispaces.com/ The Wiki is currently focussed solely on the computer Go server (CGOS - http://cgos.boardspace.net/), and only contains the info I've put in this evening, which would have helped me if it had been there =) Please add all/any info you have that you think might help newbies (such as myself), especially where the website might not be up to date. If you wish to use this for other computer Go purposes apart from the Computer Go Server, please go ahead and add pages as you think useful. Kind regards Raffles |
