After playing many consecutive 9x9 games, Orego12 was cut off because (apparently) someone tried to set the board size to 19:

Users shouldn't be able to ask bots to change their board size, should they? More precisely, the client shouldn't crash if the bot refuses.

Orego cannot change board sizes when running. I know that some programs only support certain sizes.
