In Fuego, we give a small bonus for the size of the win/loss. So a win is worth
between 0.98 and 1.00 depending on the size of the win, and a loss is worth
0.00 - 0.02. This gives a modest but measurable improvement in strength. And it
also makes the moves look better, since otherwise the program has little sense
of what good moves are when it is far ahead or far behind, and most of the
stats look the same.
