Not quite, also the superko rule is different. This is important, Pachi
originally implemented the New Zealand rules and I have been burnt by
this on CGOS very quickly - the situations come up easily on 9x9.

(Re-implementing NZ rules in Pachi would be fairly trivial for me, but
other programs would have to be modified as well and in this case I
think it's just not worth the trouble.)
