The November KGS bot tournament will be held on Sunday November 4,
starting at 08:00 UTC and ending at 14:00 UTC.
It will have 12 rounds, Swiss, with 19x19 boards. The time limits will
be 14 minutes each plus very fast Canadian overtime. There are details
