The November KGS bot tournament will be held on Sunday December 2,
starting at 16:00 UTC and ending at 22:00 UTC.
It will have 18 rounds, Swiss, with 19x19 boards. The time limits will
be 9 minutes each plus very fast Canadian overtime. The komi will be 7:
