Hi, Finally, I found the problem is not hardware but softwareand fixed (hopefully) before final round (with Yamato).
Since there was a hardware problem with the same symptoms caused by overclocking in the August SLOW bot tournament last year, I thought it's the same trouble. As the symptoms unchanged, however, with 20% slower clock, I had a doubt, checked my code and found a bug, which was added in, perhaps, last December.
