A Pachi port for Android done by Emmanuel Mathis using his ElyGo
frontend has recently been released on the Play store:

Of course Pachi is not so strong especially on the 19x19 board, but I
think it's still the strongest free Go app for Android? (Please correct
me if I'm wrong.) And while the ElyGo UI library is not opensource,
the rest of the app is, at:
https://github.com/Daimas/android-pachi
It's still in beta and may have some rough edges, I'm sure Emmanuel
will be glad to hear any comments you may have. :-)
