BTW, there is a similar computer shogi server, called floodgate, running in Japan. Its developer writes "towards CGOS". #To watch the games, run "floodgate46.exe" in the file <http://www.geocities.jp/shogi_depot/floodgate46.zip>, though the pieces are marked by Japanese Kanji characters.
