I know this problem because I have another language installed on the computer, and I forgot where the problem lies exactly, but mayb something related to UI language, when you load the WinXP CD in the computer, there is a folder called interface 'I think' if so, then be careful and play with the options, or you will need to do it form the language bar....as Remy said. If still needs help, post back, so I try to recall what the solution is.
