Thank you for the response.  I just hate to think the HP RAM I put in there a 
few months ago has gone bad already.  I replaced the 2 original sticks that 
lasted since 2004 with 2 new larger sticks direct from HP.  Is it advisable to 
take out one stick at a time and see if the problem is solved?
