Behmoth, You need to be aware of how many beeps you've gotten when attempting to start your system as well as if they are short or long. Do you know your motherboard manufacturer? If you can access your second PC, and it has internet access, look at your motherboard manufacturer's website for support, it should have a diagnostic check telling you what the beep sequence means.
Do you see anything on screen at all?
