I would say, your specs are fine, very fine, with ATI Radeon 9600, you are on the high-way.... but I always go to nVidia, and the g-force... i have a friend who is a graphics guy, i will give him a call tomorrow and post back your answer... but with 2000$, if you plan to pay them all, i recommend a new computer...
