For me, I didnt understood what you want, but if you are asking how to open the command prompt for dos ; *. Press windows-sign key with R *. Or Start >> Run >> *. type in CMD and hit enter. Now you have the command prompt openned.
If you are asking how to run a command or the commands in this mode, type in HELP, and hit the enter. Hope I got what you want.alwasy welcome to post back any help needed.
