Actually Gmail's is 20 MB's but I've never successfully sent anything over 7 MB's through them. For that matter I've never successfully emailed anything over 7 MB's with any provider except for when we used Lotus Notes and I sent the attachment to a fellow coworker. But that's not a true email per se b/c it was never routed through the internet.
