Your motherboard is a bit outdated and it seems an offbrand from an MSI MS-6533XG The specs show that you have 1 AGP slot that is 2x/4x compatible. If the card you are trying to install is AGP it should work, granted if the card only works in AGP 8x mode then it will not work :-(
