I'm getting a computer with
Q6600 quad core
asus p5q-e mother
3 hard drives of 500 gb
ati radeon 4650
3GB ram
case with a couple of fans
couple of cd/dvd recorders, usb memory card reader

I already have a vitsuba psu or 450W:
+3.3V 28A
+5V 32A
   between the 2: 140W

+12V1 14A
+12V2 16A
   between the 2: 350W

-12V 0.3A
+5VSB 2A
   between the 2: 13W

Furthermore, I wanna know if the fact that this psu has 2 sata
connectors is something to worry about, or if i could always use molex
(now and in the future) to plug in extra hard drives...

I want to know if this psu would work. If it does, how much margin do
i have to add new stuff.
If it doesn't work I will have to buy a new one and will have this one
wasted. If I'm buying, I want to buy one that would let me add stuff
like more hard drives (6 max), usb devices, maybe someday another
video card like that one in the other slot, more ram... What do you
think I should do?

If you think I should buy, I would be happy if one of these two you
considered good options, cause they have it in the same store where
i'm buying the rest:

both vitsuba
550W real
+3.3V 32A
+5V 38A
   between the 2: 160W

+12V1 20A
+12V2 20A
   between the 2: 420W

-12V 0.3A
+5VSB 2A
   between the 2: 14W

it would cost me 69.50U$S (yeah, this is Argentina :P)

700W real
+3.3V 24A
+5V 30A
   between the 2: 170W

+12V1 22A
+12V2 22A
   between the 2: 512W

-12V 0.6A
+5VSB 2.5A
   between the 2: 20W

these last also has 3 sata connectors vs 2 of the others (the 550W and
the one i have) , 2 pci express vs 1 of the others, and it says it has
the 20+24 pin wire ""+ DOUBLE RAID"" and i don't knwo what it means :P
it would cost me 107.85U$S

I would love some quick responses, I'll be eternally in debt :P hehe
